At Under Canvas Manufacturing we had a CNC router table that produced a significant amount of plywood drops. As a side project I developed a design to use the drops to make a pallet for the shop and warehouse. This project created real cost savings as we did not have to buy as many pallets from U line. It took several iterations of CAD -> G Code -> Cut -> Assemble to get the balance and functionality just right.
