Concrete

Over the years I delivered several foundations, slabs and skateparks. The majority of work was self performed as a general contractor with the exception of the skateparks in collabortaion with Evergreen Skateparks and Primary Concrete respectively. Concrete is a very logisticaly intensive trade and there is a lot of risk in a short period of time. When the concrete is being poured, you have the highest risk timeframe of the entire construcion project. The budget for the whole foundation is at risk for a few hours before the concrete has cured.
